I really enjoyed this new work even though I’m sure I’m not in their target audience of older teens and twenty-somethings. The audible gasps and cries of surprise from the crowd certainly showed how much the cast succeeded in having the audience in the palms of their hands. This clever script was so well written I couldn’t find a single flaw or suggestion for improvement (except I felt the final dialog between Hailey and Luke could have been shorter). I feel strongly that other than Shakespeare productions, Fringe shows should be kept to an hour.
I recommend this sweet show that delivers intrigue, humour and heartbreak with a charming, professional cast at the helm.
